Larisa is the leader of the “HR Brand Award Ukraine” project.
She is an HR expert with 18 years of experience. She has worked in the banking and IT sectors, building training and development systems from scratch, internal communications, and employer branding. She headed the consulting center grc.ua in diagnosing the HR brand of companies – from research to strategy development and communications. Larisa is one of the authors of the book “HR Branding: Theory and Practice”. She has been invited as a lecturer and speaker at numerous HR conferences and has authored expert articles in professional publications. During the war, he and his colleagues founded SYNEX LOGISTICS. Even though it is a legally young 3PL operator, the company’s specialists have diverse logistic expertise. The company’s aim is to increase customers’ operational efficiency through logistics.
Director and the manager of business processes of Smart Pharma. Oksana joined the company more than 6 years ago and achieved tremendous results. The client base has significantly expanded and the turnover of the company has increased by 300%. The number of suppliers of promotional medications has also increased by 4 whereas the sales of promotional medications are 50% bigger than during the previous years. Smart Pharma is now one of the biggest companies in the pharmaceutical sphere and has active cooperation with international companies.
He has spent more than 13 years working in the development and coordination of business processes in such companies as ManpowerGroup, Ancor Energy Services, Vikoil Geophysical Company. Thanks to Artem Fillin has become the leader of the sphere of outsourcing in Ukraine. Moreover, he also let the company open international markets and it’s currently developing here. Nowadays Fillin covers approximately 40% of outsourcing services in Ukraine working with such top companies as Novus, ATB, Nova Poshta, NBU.
More than 17 years of experience in the sphere of staff management allowed Tatyana to enter the list of top-5000 of the most developing businesses in Europe, top-3 of the National Business Rating of Kazakhstan and top-5 of Ukrainian recruitment agencies as defined by HeadHunter. Back in 2021-2022 Smart Solutions became the best HR provider as defined by the Ukrainian People’s Award.
Сo-founder and the CEO of Simply Contact which is the leading company in the sphere of outsourcing contact-centres. After leaving the top-manager position in the bank sphere, Konstantin focused on finances and telecommunication.
