SNA Plus will become part of a new business line of Smart Solutions Energy in Kazakhstan for FEC.
Last year, Smart Solutions in Kazakhstan launched a new direction – Smart Solutions Energy, which will specialize in the recruitment and outsourcing of personnel at various levels for the oil and gas, energy, and mining industries.
Smart Solutions notes that these industries are leading in the economy of Kazakhstan – they account for up to 30% of GDP and 80% of the country’s budget revenues, as well as a large increase in investment from foreign and national companies. This area has very good potential and therefore occupies a key position in Smart Solutions’ growth strategy.
Today, energy and mining are more technology businesses than just extractive ones. Employers will need many employees, including qualified foreign specialists with experience in implementing new technological processes. In particular, the latter need migration support.
To work effectively in the new direction of business, Smart Solutions Eclectic Group acquired SNA Plus, which has been successfully operating in this market segment for 2 years.
SNA Plus is currently being integrated into the Smart Solutions structure. Today, the Smart Solutions Energy team consists of approximately 15 people, some of whom work in Almaty, and the others in Atyrau, the “capital” of the oil industry in Kazakhstan.
The new business line of Smart Solutions Energy will offer clients a full range of HR services – from recruitment to registration, HR records management, Payroll, migration support and outplacement. Currently, the company is fully working with large clients in this area.
