Larysa Onypko Joined the Creation of the Human Capital Resilience Charter

Larysa Onypko, the leader of the HR Brand Award Ukraine, has been included as a consultant in the working group of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, which is developing the National Program (Charter) for Human Capital Resilience in Ukraine.

The development and implementation of the National Program for Human Capital Resilience, initiated by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, is being carried out with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) and with the support of Korn Ferry Ukraine.

Twenty major companies have joined the project, including Epam, Softserve, Novus, Ukrnafta, Starlight, Nova Poshta, and others.

On January 29, Larysa Onypko, the leader of the HR Brand Award, participated in the roundtable discussion Human Capital Resilience Charter Development – Strategic Launch, where the work on developing and implementing the National Program (Charter) for Human Capital Resilience began.

The next stage will involve sectoral work in the following areas:
▪︎ Employment and reintegration of veterans;
▪︎ Return and reintegration of displaced Ukrainians and attracting talents from abroad;
▪︎ Flexible human capital management and employee well-being;
▪︎ Promoting workforce diversity and inclusivity;
▪︎ Long-term workforce resilience.

The preservation and resilience of human capital is a shared responsibility of the state and business. Being invited to the working group is an honor and a valuable opportunity for me. I am incredibly pleased and proud to be part of this important process. The involvement of our expertise is a clear confirmation that the HR Brand Award Ukraine takes an active role in the development of the country’s labor market. I believe that our participation in such projects is a matter of social responsibility and a conscious business stance,” – commented Larysa Onypko.

The invitation to the working group highlights the high reputation and expertise of the HR Brand Award Ukraine, its value in the labor market, and its significant contribution to the development of the professional and social spheres in the country.

We take pride in this achievement and firmly believe that the joint efforts of experts, businesses, and the state will serve as the foundation for positive changes in the future.
