On June 16, the company Fillin — the leader in outsourcing of line personnel in Ukraine — is celebrating 7 years since its foundation. Interesting requests from customers required non-standard solutions, which were quickly found by an ambitious team headed by Artem Nikishov. The complex and creative approach to work promoted by the company since 2016 has helped to demonstrate clear results, but the potential of the organization allows us to set even higher goals.
«From the very beginning, we understood very well that people are our greatest value. Dignified treatment, organization and control of proper working conditions, open communication, timely payments, rewarding the most diligent — all this helped us establish ourselves as a responsible and reliable company that people trust,» Artem Nikishov, managing partner of Fillin, notes.
The period from 2016 to 2019 can be safely called the stage of active formation. FM Logistic, Watsons, and Auchan became the company’s first clients within one month. Today, among grateful customers and active partners, there are dozens of domestic and international companies from various industries — from retail to agro-business (Rozetka, Dnipro-M, Puma, Nestle, Carlsberg, Mondelez, Varus, and others). The pronounced demand for the company’s services throughout Ukraine contributed to the dynamic opening of representative offices in various regions of the country (Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Uzhgorod, Slovyansk, etc.). However, during the war, some representative offices had to be temporarily closed or moved. However, Fillin has no doubt that over time the offices in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Mariupol will become operational again, and with them new branches in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Lutsk, and Chernihiv.
7 years of experience allow us to be proud of many bright cases. Thus, for Nova Poshta, Fillin provided up to 3,000 workers per day with non-standard shifts from 3-4 to 12-15 hours, a personal team of managers, as well as check-in/check-out of employees in the customer’s internal system. For the Electrolux company, Fillin organized not only trained employees but also living conditions for them (a dormitory with all amenities and service personnel).
The company’s competitiveness is ensured, among other things, thanks to the offers of highly specialized professions, for example, the driver of a side-loading stacker, and a metallurgist in the 5th generation.
Today, the company’s development strategy is overseen by Dmytro Karpenko, who held the position of Commercial Director for 5 years until February 2023 and is now General Manager in Ukraine. The manager is convinced that the future success of the business is related to the development of services that are difficult to implement, but that are needed by the customer.
«We are not afraid of automation, certainly, certain conveyor production processes will be robotic, however, in the perspective of the coming decades, line personnel will not lose their demand. In my deep conviction, it is necessary to look in the direction of strengthening competencies. Employees must understand the rules and values of the customer, and build up the uniqueness of their skills. And we have to help them in this by teaching, training, directing,» says Dmytro Karpenko.
