10 Years of Fillin: From a Small Office to a Company with National Coverage
In 2016, a personnel outsourcing division within Smart Solutions grew into a standalone business. That is how Fillin was born – a company that today is part of the Eclectic Talents Group ecosystem, alongside Smart Solutions, Fillin Facility Services, Simply Contact, Synex Logistics, and other projects within the group.

Over ten years, Fillin has grown from a handful of people in Kyiv, Lviv, and Donetsk to a network of 10 offices across the country. In just one region, the company deploys more than 4,000 workers to client sites every week.
From a Niche Service to Comprehensive Solutions
It started simply: providing frontline staff for retail and logistics. The first international clients were logistics company and French supermarket chain – and it was they who helped the team understand the full potential of the direction. But the market demanded more than straightforward outsourcing.
Over time, Fillin expanded its offering: Fillin Facility Services emerged as a dedicated facility management direction, and after 2022 the agricultural sector became an active growth area. The company learned not just to fill staffing needs, but to build operational solutions tailored to each client’s business.
Growth That No Crisis Could Stop
Fillin scaled through two of the most difficult periods in the country’s recent history – the pandemic and the full-scale war. New offices opened not on a preset schedule, but in response to real partner demand: Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk, Brovary, Zaporizhzhia.
In 2024-2025, the company opened four new offices. Next in line – Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Ternopil.
