The leader of the HR Brand Award was invited to join the jury of the prestigious «TOP-100. Rankings of the Largest» by business/media bureau Ekonomika+. Larysa Onypko participated as an independent expert evaluating two key nominations — the Best Employers of Ukraine Ranking and the Best HRD Ranking. These nominations were among the central themes of this year’s edition of the magazine, which annually sets benchmarks for Ukrainian business.
On July 8, Kyiv hosted HR Wisdom Summit 2026 by Delo.ua and Ekonomika+, where the ranking results were unveiled. The event brought together over 500 HR professionals, CEOs, business leaders and changemakers. The summit’s agenda reflected the most pressing challenges business faces today: talent shortages and a new demographic reality, the transformation of professions and emergence of new roles, veteran reintegration as a dedicated strategic priority, team mental health as a driver of business performance, and the role of employer brand in the competition for talent. The closing highlight was the awards ceremony recognising Ukraine’s best employers and HRDs.
