The future of work: Eclectic Talents Group ecosystem brings business leaders together at Workforce 2030

On June 19, 2026, Eclectic Talents Group ecosystem hosted the Workforce 2030 executive breakfast — “The new architecture of the labor market, talent ecosystems, and people management” — bringing together more than 80 CEOs and Chief HR Officers from leading Ukrainian companies.

The event was organized by HR Brand Award Ukraine, a project within the Eclectic Talents Group ecosystem.

Investing in business community development is a strategic priority for us. We believe that the people and talent challenges of today can only be solved through open dialogue between leaders and a shared commitment to finding new solutions — which is exactly why we designed this gathering as a platform for exchanging experience and building a common vision for the market.

“Ukrainian business is navigating unprecedented transformation, where demographic shifts and technological acceleration demand entirely new approaches to people management. As an ecosystem of businesses, Eclectic Talents Group sees its mission as creating an expert space where world-class solutions are born. Our goal is to equip businesses with the tools to turn crises into competitive advantages — building resilience and long-term investment appeal for Ukrainian companies,” said Artem Nikishov, CEO of Eclectic Talents Group.

Key insights and strategic takeaways

The discussion brought together leaders from top organizations: Larysa Onypko (HR Brand Award), Valeriy Reshetnyak (robota.ua), Oleksandra Hnitiy (Silpo), and Larysa Latypova (SOCAR Energy Ukraine). The conversation made one thing clear: traditional workforce management models have run their course and need to be rebuilt. Participants agreed that talent shortages and technological disruption require systemic responses, not tactical fixes. Three strategic trends stood out as areas where businesses should act now:

Flexible talent ecosystems over rigid headcount. Companies need to manage dynamic talent ecosystems that extend beyond full-time employees to include freelancers, contractors, consultants, AI agents, and partners.

AI as a collaborator, not a threat. The shift to AI-first operating models is 70% dependent on people readiness and corporate culture — and only 30% on the technology itself. AI won’t replace people entirely, but it will fundamentally reshape more than half of all existing roles within the next few years.

Values as a retention strategy. In times of crisis, people don’t stay for compensation alone — they stay for shared values, strong culture, and a genuine sense of belonging.

For HR leaders, this means a fundamental shift in role: moving away from administrative HR toward skills-first talent management and building the conditions for continuous leadership development — what practitioners are calling a talent mindset.

Olesh Shatilov, CMO of Eclectic Talents Group, captured the moment well:

“Today’s market demands that businesses abandon rigid structures in favor of dynamic ecosystems where skills are the primary currency and internal mobility is the key to survival. Organizations that learn to manage this flexible model will gain an unmatched competitive edge — not just operationally, but as a matter of long-term viability.”

Eclectic Talents Group puts Workforce 2030 insights into practice

For the Eclectic Talents Group ecosystem, the outcomes of this strategic discussion serve as a direct roadmap for how we develop and deliver our services. Understanding where the market is heading, we are already translating these insights into the way our brands work. This means helping clients move away from outdated hierarchical structures toward flexible models, and filling critical capability gaps quickly through project teams, contractors, and freelancers.

In executive search and recruitment, we’ve shifted our focus from evaluating static past experience to identifying leaders with high adaptability and the ability to lead through change in an AI-driven environment. Eclectic Talents Group also partners with organizations on cultural transformation — developing soft skills, strengthening internal trust, and building environments where people and technology bring out the best in each other.

We extend our sincere thanks to all partners and participants for the quality of expertise, trust, and shared commitment to the development of Ukraine’s business community.

Building the future of work together.
