The Best Approach to Crisis Management
On November 22, the European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) took place in London. The program recognizes organizations, teams, and projects across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional customer service. ECCCSAs rewards organizations that continuously innovate to improve the customer experience, value their employees, and operate efficiently and effectively.
This year more than 1200 people from 32 different countries participated in the awards. Finalists from different European companies competed in 34 categories. The Ukrainian company Simply Contact won first place in the nomination for “Best Crisis Management Approach” and the status of Gold Winner.
This victory became possible thanks to the close-knit team of the outsourcing company and its desire to be the best for customers. Using an innovative approach to crisis management, Simply Contact could maintain uninterrupted and efficient work on projects, scale up and enter the global market during the war in Ukraine. This year, the company opened a new office in Poland, where 50+ agents already work.
Simply Contact continues to develop and support Ukraine. The golden winner status is a confirmation of the effectiveness of the Ukrainian outsourcing center. And the applause during the awarding ceremony is a hope for further cooperation and support of Ukraine.
