HR Brand Award and the Blagomay Foundation Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation
The HR Brand Award and the charitable foundation Blagomay have launched an official partnership by signing a memorandum of cooperation as part of a joint project to support the most vulnerable — newborn babies.
The goal of the initiative is to raise funds for a neonatal ambulance — a specialized medical vehicle that gives a chance at life to babies born prematurely or with critical complications. This type of ambulance is a “mobile intensive care unit” equipped with modern medical devices and a transport incubator, allowing safe transfer of infants to the regional perinatal center in Kharkiv.

In the context of war, missile threats, and constant stress, the number of premature births in Ukraine is rising. Every tenth child is born prematurely, and in critical cases — time and access to transport are decisive.
“We signed this memorandum not for formality, but for life. In difficult times for the country, we must not only react but act proactively. A neonatal ambulance is a chance that cannot wait. Our cooperation with the HR Brand Award is an example of how the unity of business, charity, and the HR community becomes a form of leadership that saves lives,” — emphasized Kira Syrotenko, Chair of the Blagomay Foundation.
The HR Brand Award and the Blagomay Foundation are joining forces to care for those who cannot yet ask for help. Because caring for people means caring for the next generation. And our goal is to do everything possible so that saving a child’s life becomes a matter of time — not chance.
